In Panama, the sugar tradition has been going on for a very long time. More than 1200 hectares are devoted to the production of rum, displaying today one of the finest collections of barrels dedicated to this nectar. It is also a land of fire animated by still active volcanoes that El Diablo is particularly fond of for its richness in nutrients and minerals. On this life-creating terroir flourish the most beautiful sugar canes, which are subsequently transformed into a high-quality molasses based on ancestral know-how.
