Hazelburn

Hazelburn takes its name from a distillery that closed in 1925. This whisky has the distinction of being distilled three times, unlike most Scotch whiskies which are distilled twice. Hazelburn is fragrant, non-peated, and often reveals aromas of apple.

In the mouth, it is oily, creamy, this texture is the signature of Springbank. Although it is aged most of the time in bourbon barrels, Hazelburn experiment with different finishes: barrels of Barolo, Oloroso sherry. These choices make it possible to expand the aromatic palette of Hazelburn whiskies while sublimating its DNA.
