Barrels were once used to transport wine or spirits, today they are a container, but also a tool for refining and maturing spirits, cocktails or arranged rum. Our casks or mini-barrels from 1 to 10L come from reputable barrel makers. They benefit from their craftsmanship acquired over more than half a century. Aging in barrels will bring roundness, change the texture or even bring woody, vanilla, light tobacco, leather, candied fruit aromas... You can also age several spirits in the same barrel, which will create complexity, this technique is called a finish. Combinations are limitless and a cask is infinitely reusable.
