Australia produces high quality and traditional rums since the end of the XVIII° century. The country has lived a rum revolution after the attempts of governor William Bligh to put en end on rum traffic. Australia produces in particular rums from local molasses. The rums are light and soft. We include among the working distilleries Bundaberg, created in 1888 or Beenleigh on Albert River in Queensland but also brands like Inner Circle or Holey Dollar.
