Husk Distillery

Nestled in the Tweed Valley, Husk Distillers embodies the Farm to Bottle philosophy, producing rums from cane grown on its own land. By adopting sustainable agricultural practices and conserving 12 hectares of primary forest, Husk minimizes its ecological footprint.

Producing two styles of rum, one made from pure cane juice and the other from cane syrup, Husk takes an environmentally friendly approach. The cane is crushed on site, and the residues are reused to feed the livestock. Flexible distillation and eco-friendly initiatives, such as rainwater harvesting, illustrate their commitment to sustainability.
