The Art of Macerating Ced's Flavored Rums

Throughout the process of crafting Ced's rums, the quality of raw materials is paramount. Fresh, seasonal fruits are harvested at maturity and remain in close contact with partner producers to ensure top-notch sourcing. Maceration takes place in the workshop's cellars, where the barrels previously held other spirits such as whiskey, sherry, Sauternes, or Saint-Émilion.

Every morning, a fresh batch of fruit is carefully hand-cut and bottled with minimal handling to preserve ingredient quality.
