Sambaïa

The artisanal cachaça Sambaïa is distilled in copper still, at low speed, under the supervision of the master distiller who selects the heart of the distillation. This distillate can be bottled as is or aged in barrels whose wood characteristics will enhance the cachaça.

Cachaça Sambaïa is bottled at the "fazenda" (plantation) Cachaça is an eaude de vie made from the fermentation and distillation of fresh sugar cane juice, whose alcohol content can vary between 38° and 48°.
