Luca Gargano went to Antigua Distillery on June 20, 2017 in search of a nugget from the distillery's stocks. Luckily, due to a rupture in the distillery's coffee still column, the vinasse remained in fermentation tanks for a longer period of time, generating an abnormally high congener content by the distillery's standards. The 27 barrels have not escaped Luca and which give an extremely tasty rum and with a high alcohol content of Vol.66% ABV. The Antigua Distillery Heavy 2012 doesn't hide all the flavors this rum has to offer, it's a pure rum with no additives.
