The creation of each bottle of Château des Creissauds pastis requires a period of 18 months. Guillaume Ferroni and his team take care of the cultivation or monitoring of the wild aromatic plants that thrive on the property. Each herb is harvested manually and immediately subjected to maceration to capture all their plant vitality.
