The creation of each bottle of Château des Creissauds pastis requires a period of 18 months. The estate's team takes care of the cultivation and preservation of the wild aromatic plants that thrive on the property. Each plant is carefully picked by hand and immediately subjected to maceration to capture all their plant freshness.
