Made from a small batch, this crystalline eau-de-vie reveals surprising flavors and a distinctive character, perfect for lovers of taste discoveries.

A bouquet of unique flavours

The nose, rustic and captivating, blends earthy notes of butternut squash, grated horseradish and sesame seeds with marine accents of oyster shells. On the palate, light floral aromas such as honeysuckle and carnation are combined with spicy and gourmet flavours: star anise, cloves, paprika and orange liqueur. The finish is peppery, saline and subtly sweet.

Tasting suggestions
