Valinch & Mallet The Spirit of Art 2 - Domaine de Charron 30 years
Distilled and barrelled under the number 51 30 years ago, this single varietal (Baco) was distilled in an Armagnac still at 52%. It is therefore a cask strength, without filtration or additives.
Cask 51 is the last of the 4 1990 casks that were in Domaine de Charron. The 1990 vintage is the 6th vintage produced by the estate (the first being the 85) and is now definitively sold out.
In 2013 this vintage won a medal at the Talents de l'Armagnac competition and in 2015 a silver medal at the IWSC.
