L'Artisan Arrangeur Rhum Piment Cacao
A unique collaboration with Caribbean roots
The result of a collaboration with Professor Titube, this arranged rum is based on Bielleagricultural rum, produced in Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe. This origin gives the spirit a strong authenticity, reinforced by an artisanal approach faithful to L'Artisan Arrangeur's commitments, without the addition of artificial colouring or flavouring.
An intense and balanced composition
Made from agricultural rum with an alcohol content of 50%, this blend combines a homemade syrup infused with cocoa bean and Pili-Pili pepper. Its red ochre colour announces a rich aromatic profile. The possible presence of natural deposits attests to a respectful production of the raw materials.
A powerful and greedy aromatic profile
The nose reveals notes of cocoa accompanied by nuances reminiscent of tonka beans. On the palate, the attack opens with a cocoa sweetness, quickly followed by the gradual rise of the chilli. The whole offers a long and intense finish. To be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, this rum goes ideally with gourmet creations with spicy accents.
