In 2014, Ced' met Mano, a sommelier by training and salt worker, who introduced him to the Millac salt pans where he had been working for more than 10 years with Nathà to produce an exceptional raw salt.

Very quickly the two craftsmen embarked on a common project that they naturally called point g... In reference to the collection of the gabelle, salt tax under the Ancien Régime, but especially teasing and humorous wink on the search for pleasure. The g spot is a few hundred bottles immersed for two months at the bottom of a carnation in the Breton marsh. The result of this amazing experience will surprise your taste buds with its iodine notes and deliciously accelerated maceration.

The sallines of Millac
Mecca of the salt trade between the 12th and 16th centuries, the salt marshes of Bourgneuf are then the pride of the "bayede Bretagne"! For 10 years, Nath and Mano, artisan salt workers, have been reviving this preserved natural ecosystem by reviving the local production of quality salt. Harvested by hand, exclusively on the terroir of the "salines de millac" near Pornic, this unique and authentic raw salt is the delight of the most discerning gourmets.
