Ced' presents its new recipe Pineapple Salted Butter Caramel (Aged in Whisky Barrels). Ced' has selected in this recipe 100% #MadeInFrance an AOC agricultural rum from Martinique that he has matured for 6 months in French Whisky barrels from Lorraine (Distillerie Rozelieures). He incorporates a homemade salted butter caramel made by an artisan caramel maker from Nantes. For this maceration of the heart, which highlights its Nantes origins, Ced' has chosen the king fruit of its macerations, namely the Victoria pineapple from Reunion Island.

Nose : Nez aérien, expressif, marqué par des arômes d'ananas frais, équilibrés par cette empreinte du rhum agricole.
Palate : Attaque ronde et suave. L'aspect sucré est mesuré. Très belle expression de l'ananas victoria (carpaccio ananas legerement acidulé) jusqu'en finale en bouche.
