The Fruit
Two ingredients, pineapple and fresh basil, a subtle and gourmet marriage. Surprisingly, basil infused in syrup sublimates the pineapple and counterbalances its tangy note. The right balance for this maceration. The pineapple, roasted in the oven, barely caramelized, gives a golden and luminous hue to this elixir.
Seasonality
Exotic or tropical fruits are imported throughout the year and their presence on the shelves is not subject to any seasonality. Basilicum Exoticum is thus available throughout the year.

Nose : Esthétique, lumineuse et jaune dorée, la teinte de cette macération varie selon la cuisson de l'ananas, du doré très clair au doré caramélisé.
Palate : Au premier nez, les arômes sont fruités et complexes. L'ananas rôti surprend tandis que le basilic apporte une légère touche végétale.
Finish : L'impression de déguster un véritable dessert est saisissante. Les notes herbacées et végétales du basilic surprennent et laissent place aux saveurs rôties et sucrées du fruit mûr. C'est une belle harmonie entre un fruit et une herbe aromatique
