Arhumatic Roasted pear - Pepper (Piperata Pira)
Very sweet, this fruit must be combined with another component, with more pep that will enhance its finesse. That's why Arhumatic chose Nepal's Timur Bay, also known as Nepalese grapefruit.
The Fruit
The pear is a fruit that is both classic and exceptional in its textures and aromas. Summer, autumn or winter, the pear is an everyday fruit. In different shapes, different textures, it is always sweet, juicy and more or less melting. For several years, arboriculturists have taken the gamble of growing this everyday fruit and making it an exceptional fruit. Naturally, the pear selected for Piperata Pira is grown according to particularly demanding specifications.
Seasonality
Piperata Pira is the latest addition to Arhumatic and is available from November 2016. It is produced according to the season, from October to February.
