Mentha has been developed with the aim of bringing out the digestive virtues of this herbaceous and thus creating a real mint liqueur. Do not look for mojito flavors, it is rather an evocation of mint tea that is required. The selected variety is powerful and tasty enough to be the unique ingredient associated with rum.

The Fruit

Botanists count several dozen varieties of mint. These herbs must be of impeccable freshness, so the supply must be as close as possible to the harvest to guarantee and preserve it. The mint is then immediately used for bottling.

Seasonality

Mint is produced throughout the year, in France or Morocco depending on the season. The varieties follow each other throughout the months. Mentha is available from January to December.
