Unlike the house's emblematic arranged rums , Les Rhums de Ced - Point G Blend Agricole 2019 is distinguished by a meticulous blending work. This agricultural white rum, with an alcohol content of 50°, is the result of a two-month maturation in the saltworks of the Breton marshes, bringing a subtle minerality to its aromatic expression.
A unique flavour profile
On the nose, fresh and bright cane is accompanied by peppery and vegetal notes reminiscent of bagasse. With aeration, herbaceous aromas of lemon thyme and mint sublimate accents of lime. On the palate, its oily texture reveals a harmony between candied citrus, gourmet cane and a slight acidity, offering a long and fruity finish, marked by candied lime zest.
