Husk - Rare Blend embodies the excellence of artisanal distillation. This rum consists of 80% cane honey rum and 20% pure cane juice rum, revealing a rich and complex aromatic profile. The batch distillation carried out in a hybrid pot/column still gives this rum an unequalled depth and finesse.
This rum benefits from static aging in old wine barrels from Domaine Penfold, founded in 1844. These casks enrich the rum with subtle and elegant notes, creating a perfect harmony between the flavors of honey, vanilla and oak. This unique process ensures a balanced maturation and optimal expression of the aromas.
On the nose, Husk - Rare Blend reveals delicate aromas of ripe fruit, honeysuckle and vanilla. On the palate, the delicacy of honey and the sweetness of vanilla are sublimated by woody nuances of oak. The finish is long and comforting, marked by warm spices that prolong the pleasure of tasting.
