There was a time when tabulae, maps, graphs and planispheres reported the unknown that surrounded the little geography we knew. It made us aware of the non plus ultra, these borders that cannot be crossed. But it also encouraged us to go beyond, to try to understand, to explore. Here too, faced with this rum which, from Australia, seems to want to return to common (although unknown) origins, we find the feeling of travelling once again beyond certain horizons, which some Scottish ancestors have crossed before us, leaving as a legacy stories of what they have found. And here we have a nose with specks of dust and tropical fruits worthy of an adventurous character. And a mouth with innuendos of tobacco, chocolate and almond. Yes, we know we just brought up Indiana Jones in your esprit.
