Produced by the renowned West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, Planteray - Hogo Monsta embodies the heritage of artisan rums with a strong character. This rum with a very high ester content – reaching 2029 g/hL – is designed for lovers of powerful aromatic sensations. Historically used in very small quantities to enrich blends, this extreme profile becomes the star here. Designed as a concentrate of character, it sublimates tropical cocktails and also lends itself to daring experiments in mixology.

History of the distillery

Founded in 1893, the West Indies Rum Distillery is one of the rum institutions in Barbados. Known for its mastery of traditional processes and its technical know-how, it combines innovation and respect for the local heritage. This rum is the most provocative illustration of this.
