A tribute to British Caribbean style

Carnival - Barbados & Trinidad brings together the quintessence of two great Caribbean origins. Made from fermented molasses, it combines column and pot still distillation, offering both structure and roundness. The selected old rums have benefited from tropical ageing in ex-bourbon barrels, promoting a beautiful aromatic concentration and a harmonious integration of the wood. Bottled at 40%, this blend highlights the know-how of traditional British distilleries, in an accessible, precise and balanced register.

Aromatic expression

The nose reveals vanilla cream, toasted coconut and ripe nectarine, enhanced by nutmeg, cinnamon and a delicate blond caramel, accompanied by a peppery and zesty floral touch. The palate, greedy and smooth, evokes an exotic dessert: egg flan, roasted fruit, sweet spices and light cocoa. A fresh and spicy touch energizes the whole, while the woodiness remains discreet and elegant on the finish.
