We find the Doorly's brand from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados in a blend of rums that have aged in the tropics for a minimum of 12 years. The barrels used are old Kentucky Bourbon barrels and Madeira barrels.

On the distillation side, rum Doorly's 12 years is a blend of two distillates, still and column. The still brings complexity and depth of aromas. The column, meanwhile, releases a very fine rum, balanced on the perfumes on the nose and aromas in the mouth.
