The estate houses a large and charming colonial residence, as well as a museum that tells the lively history of the place, such as the duel between the two founders planters.

In the past, cane was grown on site, but now it is supplied by a nearby sugar factory. The 18-year-old rum, aged in old white oak barrels that have contained Bourbon, is a true jewel of the brand: it gives off aromas of caramel, vanilla, milk chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, dried fruits and bitter orange harmonize to offer a most pleasant aromatic accord.

Saint Nicholas Abbey is synonymous with luxury, tranquility and pleasure! Rich and complex, this single cask from the St Nicholas Abbey distillery presents a perfect balance between sweetness and spices. Combining quality and tradition, this limited edition is a rare cuvée marked by vanilla, orange zest, spices and cinnamon.
