This rum Mount Giboa is distilled at Mount Gay Distillery in Barbados. Very significant rum, it’s one of the rums we could count on the fingers of one hand in terms of distillation technique. Indeed, it’s made a 100% pot still, which means that he had 3 distillations in alembic pot still.
