An ageing between the Caribbean and Spain

Dos Maderas Selección is the result of a two-stage maturation process. First aged in a tropical climate in American oak barrels, it is then matured in Spain, in Jerez de la Frontera, in barrels that have contained prestigious sherry wines. This Spanish heritage is carried by Williams & Humbert, which has specialized in sherry for more than 130 years.

A refined and harmonious blend

This rum is the result of a marriage between the Dos Maderas 5+5PX and two exceptional blends from Barbados and Guyana, each aged for 10 years in bourbon barrels. This unreduced combination gives Dos Maderas Selección an unrivalled aromatic richness.

An intense and elegant aromatic profile

The nose reveals gourmet notes of toasted walnuts and ripe plum. On the palate, the balance is perfect between a seductive woodiness and a seductive hint. The finish, remarkably round, prolongs the pleasure with an elegant and persistent length.
