The island of Barbados, the historic cradle of rum, offers us Doorly's XO, the offshoot of a distillery at the forefront of technology. This rum, cousin of the prestigious Foursquare and R.L. Seale's, is a testament to the excellence of its terroir.

Doorly's XO: an exceptional blend

Doorly's XO is the result of a meticulous blend of different vintages, aged between 5 and 8 years in Bourbon barrels before perfecting their maturity for two years in Oloroso Sherry barrels. This process gives the rum its characteristic velvety texture, enhanced by a 43° count that intensifies its flavors.

Tasting Notebook of the Doorly's XO

At first glance, Doorly's XO reveals an amber colour illuminated by light reflections. The nose is captivated by aromas of toffee, underlined by spices such as pepper and cardamom, and a tangy touch of orange that brings freshness. On the palate, its silky texture envelops the palate, revealing a harmony of spicy aromas and cured tobacco on the finish, for a tasting experience of exceptional roundness and warmth.
