A harmonious blend

This rum captures the essence of two distinct styles: the woody and spicy richness of traditional English rums and the vanilla and fruity sweetness of traditional Spanish rums. The ageing in American oak rounds off the whole, bringing structure and depth.

A gourmet and accessible aromatic profile

The nose reveals an elegant woodiness mixing white oak, tobacco and vanilla, softened by notes of cane sugar syrup and delicate exotic fruits. With aeration, aromas of coconut, blond tobacco and caramel intensify. On the palate, the texture is soft and enveloping, revealing flavors of caramel, vanilla and milky fruits. The finish, melted and slightly resinous, extends the experience with a gourmet and subtly spicy touch.

Nose : Mélange délicat et parfumé, sur les fruits mécérés puis des parfums de sucre d'orge, miel, pêche et épices douces évoquant les plats orientaux.

Palate : L'attaque est franche sur des notes de miel et d'épices, puis se poursuit sur le sucre d'orge et la mélasse fumée. Le milieu de bouche offre des pointes de gousses de vanille entremêlées d'arôme de rhubarbe et de réglisse.

Finish : Delicieux mariange d'eaux de vie fruitées et de notes boisées.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
