The XO cuvée is a blend of different vintages aged in Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry barrels, under the careful supervision of the Master Rummer.

Rum has been part of Cockspur parties since 1884, when the Danish Valdemar Hanschell created the Cockspur Rum in Barbados.
