A legacy of tradition and excellence

The Foursquare Distillery, owned by R.L. Seale & Co, is a mainstay of rum production in Barbados, with a history dating back to 1820. Renowned for its Single Blended rums, combining pot still and column distillates, it embodies the alliance of tradition and innovation. This rum was distilled in 2005 and aged both in the tropical climates of Barbados and on the mainland, before being bottled for Rom de Luxe in February 2021.

In 2016, Claus Andersen, in collaboration with Thomas Nielsen and Lasse Bjørklund, embarked on this thrilling journey. But like all great tales, characters shift: today, Michael Ginnerup and Kim Pedersen have taken up the torch, replacing Thomas and Lasse.
