The Jamaican rum has been distilled in a pot still, while the Bajan rum has been distilled in a column still. The rum was bottled in our warehouse in Denmark in October 2021. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel. As common practice for Single Barrel Selection rums, no chill filtration has been used.
