The rum has been distilled in a pot still in the year 2000 and was bottled in our warehouse in Denmark in October 2021. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel and received a finish in an ex-Pedro Ximenez barrel. As common practice for Single Barrel Selection rums, no chill filtration has been used.
