On the estate, you will find a spacious colonial mansion as well as a museum. The museum highlights the rich and turbulent history of the place, including the famous duel between the planter founders.

Sugar cane used to be grown on the estate, but now it comes from a nearby sugar factory. The 25-year-old rum , aged in ex-Bourbon white oak barrels, has scents of caramel, vanilla, milk chocolate and tobacco, and offers an aromatic palette of dried fruits and bitter orange on the palate.

In this peaceful oasis, all is opulence, serenity and pleasure.

St Nicholas Abbey

St. Nicholas Abbey embodies the elegance and authenticity of Barbadian rum. Small-batch distilled from pure cane juice and aged in bourbon casks, it develops complex aromas of vanilla, caramel, and spice. A true treasure of Barbadian heritage.
