SBS Belize 2011: a 13-year-old gem

SBS Belize 2011 is a rum distilled in 2011 in the columns of the famous Travellers distillery in Belize. After 12 years of maturation in the tropical climate, this rum has been finished for one year in cognac barrels in Denmark. Bottled in August 2024 at 52%, this single cask, in a limited edition of 499 bottles, embodies a rarity that will seduce connoisseurs of old rum.

A rich and silky taste

On the palate, SBS Belize 2011 unfolds velvety notes of vanilla and caramel, enhanced by a chocolatey heat and a touch of spices that enrich its aromatic depth.

Upon opening, this rum exudes a luxurious blend of coconut and creamy vanilla, accentuated by notes of tobacco and caramelized cane sugar , all enhanced by a delicate woody aroma.
