A unique vintage for the Classic Bristol - Reserve Rum of Belize 2005

Distilled in columns in 2005 by the famous Travellers distillery in Belize, this rum was aged for 11 years in barrels, before being bottled in England. This long process gives it a remarkable complexity. Renowned for its aromatic richness, it perfectly illustrates the craftsmanship of distillation and ageing in accordance with traditions.

A symphony of flavours

On the nose, this rum reveals aromas of toasted nuts, coconut and vanilla, evolving towards praline and roasted notes. On the palate, its dense and charming texture extends with intensity, revealing touches of toasted wood, spices, and a subtle vanilla bean impregnated with honey. The finish, long and elegant, blossoms on nuances of coconut, tobacco, and a soft American oak .
