Our tasting notes for Cuvée anniversaire 10 ans - Belize Distillerie Travellers 2007

Nose : cuivrée, le nez est dense et profond sur la cire, le miel, et l'encaustique. De la banane, du raisin , un boisé légèrement fumé, cendré, et poivré.

Palate : Une bouche gourmande, avec du pruneau, de la datte, de la noix, des notes torréfiées et cacaotées.

Finish : L'ensemble se prolonge sur un final boisé toasté, et épicé.
