Our tasting notes for Belize 13 years old Cask Strength (Travelers)

Nose : Bois de santal, cannelle et tout une symphonie d’épices douces qui nous envoutent. Une touche florale avec de la fleur de sureau annonce une bouche intense.

Palate : Puissante avec un rappel de ces épices et de ce petit côté floral. C’est un rhum très équilibré qui bénéficie à travers son degré alcoolique élevé d’une puissance maitrisée.

Finish : Une longueur très expressive, torréfiée, subtile avec cette touche de cacao 75% prononcée.
