Controlled ageing

This rum was made by Travellers, an emblematic distillery in Belize, from column distillation. After 12 years of maturation in a tropical climate, it continued its maturation in a more temperate climate, thus refining its structure and aromatic depth.

Bottled in 2022 in the prestigious collection The Spirit of Art, this rum was produced in only 317 copies, each numbered. This limited edition reflects Valinch & Mallet's quest for authenticity and refinement.
