La Rhumerie
On Boulevard Saint-Germain, this 90-year-old institution is the historic gateway between the West Indies and the capital. For the “take-off”, the bar offers you, before lunch or after dinner, the ti punch just like in the West Indies. The menu has an impressive quantity of white and old rums from Martinique and Guadeloupe. And why not have it accompanied by accras, plantains or a fierce avocado? The evenings, often enlivened by concerts, will immerse you in festive atmospheres with Creole accents.

The 1802 Bar

The Monte Cristo hotel bar is entirely dedicated to sugarcane alcohol with more than 1000 references! You can taste productions from the five continents according to your taste. L'Arbane
In rue Guénégaud is one of the friendliest bars in the 6th arrondissement. By pushing the very small entrance door, you will discover a very charming bar. The bronze light will take you into a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The team on site, very welcoming, will provide you with advice according to what you fancy. On the rum side, a real favorite for the signature cocktail "Tiki Arb' #4", very fruity, subtly mixing a Ron embargo blanco and a Jamaican Wray and Nephew. Beware, it's hard to stop at just one drink!

You will have to go up rue Saint Jacques not far from the Panthéon to discover this unusual bar. If Alice had opened an establishment in Wonderland, this is probably what it would have looked like. Smoky effects, glassware with spectacular shapes, everything in the presentation of your cocktail is made to transport you to a parallel universe. Rest assured, if the show is present, the taste is there too and the compositions are refined. A little “Cuban Tobacco” with accents of Old Fashioned will please you with a choice of spiced rum. Do not forget to book because the place is particularly popular!
