Anchored in Guadeloupe, the BologneDistillery has established itself as a reference in agricultural rum thanks to the promotion of sugar cane and a know-how passed down for generations. Located at the foot of La Soufrière, in Basse-Terre, it cultivates a strong Creole identity and an attachment to ti-punch, the emblematic cocktail of the archipelago. This glass pays homage to this history by inviting us to celebrate the esprit of the house.
