Finally, it is absolutely unfiltered before bottling to preserve all its character. Unfiltered cane brandy, Engenho has an oily texture and incredible richness. A great Brazilian vintage.

Our tasting notes for Cachaça 50cl

Nose : fin, complexe. Très épicé (poivre, girofle), même pimenté. Il évolue sur des notes plus sucrées et empyreumatiques (cèdre, thuya). Beaucoup de profondeur.

Palate : douce, concentrée. Elle oscille entre des notes végétales, la vanille sucrée, les fruits exotiques (ananas, passion) et le citron vert. Gourmande, pulpeuse.

Finish : longue, sa rugosité lui procure beaucoup de caractère et de consistance. On la croque littéralement. Se prolonge sur les fruits mûrs (pomme).
