To obtain the characteristic notes of freshness and smoke of Kapoeira, a selection and blending by type of juice is made before fermentation. Cachaça Kapoeira perfectly expresses its aromas of fresh cane in Caipirinha, the famous cocktail made from cachaça from Brazil.

Our tasting notes for

Nose : Nez chaleureux avec dominante et canne fraîche.

Palate : Attaque moelleuse, avec un corps développant rapidement sa puissance, entre le sec et le sucré. La canne domine, accompagnée de quelques notes de poivre noir et de piment.

Finish : Bien nette et sans lourdeurs jusqu'à la finale, assez persistante.
