Thecachaça Parati takes its name from the beautiful coastal town of Parati where the first cachaças were produced by Portuguese settlers. It is a cachaça heart of toast produced from fresh cane, i.e. less than 24 hours between cutting the cane and crushing. The levins used are natural and present on the leaves of the canes, no other yeasts are added.

This cachaça is lightly golden, it is its blend of fresh and aged cachaças for several years in barrels of local jequitiba and French oak that gives it this delicious color.

The wine is aged in an airy cellar surrounded by a variety of flora: eucalyptus, lemon trees, coffee trees, sugar cane fields, macadamias.

Distilled in Brazil from fresh sugar cane, cachaça Parati owes its name to the eponymous Brazilian city. where cachaça was first produced by Portuguese settlers.
