Nose : effluves d’huile de noix, de vinaigre de pomme, et du caramel beurre salé

Palate : délicate et gourmande, on salive à la première gorgée. Son coté umami est plaisant, il se traduit par ce côté jus de viande et de sauce barbecue, ainsi que de noisette torréfiée et de poivre Sichuan

Finish : droite, elle appelle à se resservir de ce superbe single cask

Compagnie des Indes rums are made with care and elegance. The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
