Scotland's climate and the woods in which it has aged give us an articulate and fascinating ensemble. The rum rises in the glass towards our nose, with an elegant cart, leaving a trail of floral scents of the baptismal liturgy of the Old Testament. The cloud of flowers does not attack, fades with a magnetic charm and in the mouth the spices of the fruits complement the moans and flowers that overflow on the sides of the palate with soft and bold tones.
