Tijuca Brazilian Blended rum
Our five cachaças are distilled in copper stills and aged in barrels made in different woods of the Mata Atlântica by rigorously selected local producers. It is these endemic woods that are at the origin of the aromatic palette so distinctive rum TIJUCA. A blend by the cellar masters of the Pays de Cognac has forged rum TIJUCA a unique identity, sublimated by a finish in barrels that have contained white port.
TIJUCA rum is a natural product, low sweetness and without artificial additives. It lends itself ideally to tasting and brings its exceptional qualities to cocktails. The TIJUCA rum is produced in the form of a small batch: 6650 bottles. It should be stored vertically, in a dry place, at a constant temperature (10 to 20º) and away from direct light.
Our tasting notes for
Nose : Des premières notes boisées et épicées (cannelle et clou de girofle), suivies par des parfums sucrés et suaves, mélange de vanille, poivre et miel. En second nez se dévoilent des arômes de cake aux fruits confits légèrement chauffé.
Palate : Notes souples, amples et épicées (cannelle, pointe pimentée et vanille). Ce rhum généreux emplît le palais par sa longueur et son équilibre. Son final de noix de coco et miel invite au voyage.
