Christian Drouin 17 years old finish Foursquare
This is the 5th edition in rum finish. It is now the turn of the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados to lend its barrels in Normandy for the maturation of Calvados from Christian Drouin. A 17-year-old Calvados from the Pays d'Auge was transferred to 8 French oak barrels, formerly inhabited by the rums of the Barbadian manufacture, for a period of 17 months. The Calvados was then given an additional 3 months in recently toasted barrels.
