Boulard 12-barrel collection - Whiskey Rye Cask Finish
It is a blend of cider eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels in our cellars in Normandy, which were then matured for several weeks in barrels that had previously contained American Rye Whisky (a rye whisky).
Maison Boulard has created a revolutionary and experimental range called Collection 12-Barrel. Each edition of this collection is the result of the fusion of our Pays d'Auge Calvados with barrels from the United States and Japan, which reflects the talent and innovative spirit of our Cellar Master. These limited edition cuvées make up this range.

The House of Calvados Boulard was founded in 1825 in Yvetot in Normandy by Pierre-Auguste Boulard. Since then, 5 generations have succeeded each other to perpetuate the tradition, the family know-how appreciated throughout the world.
