To develop this recipe, the Rosemont team rigorously selects Costa Rican pineapples, which must be harvested at full maturity. After being peeled and cut, their flesh and skin macerate in a rum made from new French oak barrels. This infusion is distilled in our Charentais still to extract the aromas, then blended with a molasses rum aged in new barrels. The distillery team adds a hint of homemade caramel and a touch of fragrant matricaria. This plant, which you have probably already come across on a walk or in your yard, is known for its strong smell... pineapple!

Pineapple Rum is a gourmet rum that stands out for its beautiful balance between its exotic flavors and its delicate sweetness. Refreshing, both as an aperitif and as a dessert! All you have to do is close your eyes and imagine the sound of the waves.
